The month of July ends with another prestigious dinner “Viv e Mang”, a series of dinners celebrating the experience of taste through a revamping of Apulian culinary art matched with the most eminent Italian wine estates.
In the beautiful and refined “Due Camini”, Borgo Egnazia’s gourmet restaurant, you will experience a gastronomic menu conceived by our executive chef Domingo Schingaro based on the eminent labels of a selection of “Ognissole” wines, picked by our wine experience manager Giuseppe Cupertino.
Ognissole is the result of a dream: create a single entrepreneurial project encompassing the richness of the whole Puglia region and its native varietals. The name “Ognissole”, of Greek origin “Panta ep elius”, embodies the essence of Puglia where the sun and the influence of the sea give richness, character and elegance to the grapes.
