On sunday 26th, Borgo Egnazia invites you to a new gathering with the “Four Hands Dinner” (“Cena a Quattro Mani”), an unmissable gourmet experience at Due Camini Restaurant, which is bound to become a preferential spot for refined Apulian food.
The next “one dinner only“ collaboration will be between Domingo Schingaro Borgo Egnazia’s Executive Chef and Chef Antonio Scalera, chef of La Bul Restaurant in Bari, a typical but innovative “bistrot” of Apulian cuisine, well known and appreciated in the scenario of Apulian restaurants.
Due Camini Restaurant will offer a new extraordinary food experience, with a delicious tasting menu designed by the chef and accompanied by a prestigious selection of wines of an important local consortium (“Consorzio produttori Vini di Manduria”) selected by Giuseppe Cupertino, our Wine Experience Manager.
