Every single restaurant provides its own unique experience, treasuring the highest quality and embodying the many faces of our culinary tradition.
A team of professionals, guided by our executive chef and supervised by a Michelin star-awarded coach, creates different menus using only extra fresh local products, some of which are cultivated inside our property, and materials off the Mediterranean Diet.
Borgo Egnazia’s Taste Experiences also include funny cooking classes and pleasant tastings of Apulian wines and olive oils and can be arranged both at our restaurants or at unconventional locations purposely set up for your events, such as our olive groves or the grand Piazza.
