Borgo Egnazia has launched with an extraordinary appointment a series of new gourmet dinners at Due Camini Restaurant, which is proposed as a reference point of Apulian gastronomic finesse.

Borgo Egnazia’s most sophisticated restaurant will host for the first time a “Four-handed dinner”, proposing an unforgettable culinary experience, which is the result of an unprecedented cooperation between Borgo Egnazia’s Executive Chef Domingo Schingaro and Maria Cicorella, Michelin starred chef at Pashà, the famous “home restaurant” in Conversano.

Balanced yet bold flavors, skillful cooking techniques and creative re-interpretation of Apulian culinary tradition will come together in the tasting menu, which will be further enhanced by a selection of wines by our Wine Experience Manager Giuseppe Cupertino.
