The concept of PASSaPORTico, takes inspiration from the BAR PASSPORT; during prohibition the great schools of mixology in Europe (England and France) and the great Cuban School of CANTINEROS DE CUBA, issued a (symbolic) passport to each client and each time the holder of the passport frequented one of the associated bars the bar manager would stamp a page of the passport with the logo of the Hotel or bar.
