Pescheria Da Vito is a blend between a restaurant and a true Apulian fish shop: here guests can pick their seafood directly from the stalls, have it weighed just like at the market and have it cooked “on the fly” the way they love it, in a first course or grilled.
This is also the perfect place to enjoy the experience of “crudo” (raw), the ancient Apulian tradition of eating freshly caught shellfish, or raw fish filleted and served as a carpaccio or tartare.
Pescheria Da Vito lies inside our beach club, Cala Masciola, a few steps away from Borgo Egnazia, and it is a place with a pleasant and relaxed mood, surrounded by the beauty of this stretch of the Mediterranean Sea and the vibrant colours of the Apulian countryside: the blue sky and water, the green flora, the red breath taking sunsets that make evenings in Savelletri so precious.
Because of our love for authentic Puglian excellence, Borgo Egnazia has created a special collaboration with the Ristorante Da Tuccino, famous for the quality of its raw and cooked fish menu. Tuccino, Polignano's most famous restaurant will select the finest raw materials that go on our fish table, in order to guarantee every day the same variety and freshness that made it famous.
