Inspired by a real Apulian home kitchen, this “trattoria” is a pleasant place for families with children and people who love spending some time together.
Trattoria Mia Cucina is the realm of Mimina, our lovely “massaia” who is ready to share the ancient secrets of the most famous Apulian recipes. Here, you can attend some cooking classes and learn how to prepare our local dishes, made with unique seasonal ingredients, in many cases cultivated in our property.
The menus are based on old and forgotten recipes and can be enjoyed in a bright, sober and informal environment that accurately reflects the mood of lunches eaten in a local home.
Also, at the tables set in the picturesque open air area called “A Pizzerì” you can be served some excellent and tasty pizza, prepared with the best Slow Food ingredients and three different kinds of dough made with starter yeast, and then baked inside a typical wood-burning oven.
