Restaurant La Frasca is a genuine Apulian “trattoria” set in the heart of Borgo Egnazia, an enchanting place for families or groups of friends.
Here, our guests can find or discover the deep rural roots of Apulian typical cuisine through a menu celebrating the many treasures of our local tradition: from “orecchiette” to “laganari”, from our Sunday home ragu to a dish of rice, potatoes and mussels, from our delicious “brasciole” and eggplant “parmigiana” to our strictly homemade sweets.
These are some classic recipes off the Mediterranean Diet, aptly included in UNESCO’s Intangible Heritages of Mankind and made with the best extra fresh raw materials, which in some cases we cultivate inside Borgo Egnazia.
La Frasca also looks like a typical Apulian “trattoria“: a rustic environment where wood pleasantly blends with the clean white halls, the mesmerizing green landscape and the many tools and objects of our rural heritage used as decorative elements.
