Wine Academy: thanks to our Sommelier Giuseppe, over 5 days the student can acquire a technical understanding of various types of wine and vines, vinification methods as well as wine tasting and food and wine combinations with a personalized training plan. Each lesson will be followed by a technical wine tasting of 3 great Apulian, national and international wines from the following wineries: Gaja, Marchesi Antinori, Biondi Santi, Billecart Salmon, Tenuta San Leonardo, Jermann, Bellavista, Ferrari, Cheteau Real Martin, Gianfranco Fino, Milleuna, Masseria Liveli, Tormaresca, Polvernera, Leone De Castris, Cantine Due Palme.
Italian wines: Introduction to the most important areas of production and of the most important vineyards in Italy, those that are part of the history of the national wine making, starting with our region.

Food meets wine; the secrets and techniques behind combining wine and food. A live creation and realization of a traditional Apulian dish, together with the combination of that dish with a wine. Wine tasting of 3 wines selected by our sommelier
Through the vineyards: a guided tour through the vineyard and the winery of one of the regions’ most historic wine producers, followed by a wine tasting, strictly 0 Km.
At the end of the journey you will be presented with a certificate for your participation at the WINE ACADEMY; preparation for the first level qualification as a Sommelier by the Italian Sommelier Foundation.
