On Saturday 30th December we’ll wrap up the 2017 season of our "Viv & Mang” events with the much-anticipated and by now traditional encounter of the Italian excellences of Calvisius, a leading international caviar producer, and Cantine Ferrari, an acknowledged synonymous of sparkling wine across the world. Borgo Egnazia’s executive chef Domingo Schingaro will present his gourmet reinterpretations of some traditional Apulian dishes, made especially precious by the amazing salmon, sturgeon and caviar by Calvisius. The menu will also accompany the tasting of a selection of excellent Ferrari TrentoDOC sparkling wines by our wine experience manager Giuseppe Cupertino.
Price: €120 per person (water, wine pairing and coffee included)
Dinner starts at 8 p.m.
Children will not be allowed at the event.
