Among the tufo walls and the open-style fireplaces of refined Due Camini restaurant, Borgo Egnazia invites you to celebrate the experience of taste with "Viv e Mang", a series of dinners where a renewed gastronomic interpretation of Apulian cuisine meets the treasures from the most esteemed Italian wine cellars.
Every "Viv e Mang" dinner is a special opportunity to experience a gastronomic menu by our Executive Chef Domingo Schingaro based on the eminent wine of the guest wine cellar picked by our Wine Experience Manager Giuseppe Cupertino. Every dinner will be enriched by a selection of cocktails selected by our Bar Manager Michele Fanigliulo.
