It’s our window by the sea, our seafront culinary corner, for those who love extremely fresh seafood.
Cala Masciola is a blend between a restaurant and a true Apulian fish shop: here guests can pick their seafood directly from the stalls, have it weighed just like at the market and have it cooked “on the fly” the way they love it, in a first course or grilled.
This is also the perfect place to enjoy the experience of “crudo” (raw), the ancient Apulian tradition of eating freshly caught shellfish, or raw fish filleted and served as a carpaccio or tartare.
The restaurant lies inside our beach club, a few steps away from Borgo Egnazia, and it is a place with a pleasant and relaxed mood, surrounded by the beauty of this stretch of the Mediterranean Sea and the vibrant colours of the Apulian countryside: the blue sky and water, the green flora, the red breath taking sunsets that make evenings in Savelletri so precious.
